What is Working Out Loud?
Working out loud is the process of sharing, showing and narrating your work and learning openly for the purpose of achieving professional or personal goals.
You can do this on public social networks or through your company’s enterprise social network if you’re concerned about sharing your knowledge and work publicly for reasons of privacy, security or confidentiality. Sharing your work, knowledge and experience within the company will allow you to connect with peers and build networks across departments, identify opportunities for collaboration as well as solve customer problems.
What is the Work Out Loud in a Month pack?
The Work Out Loud in a Month pack is a series of daily activities that you can do to establish a habit to share your work, knowledge and expertise inside the company using your enterprise social network.
