Community Manager (Enterprise Social)
Rapid Circle – July 2021 – October 2022
Build connections and networks across Rapid Circle’s global offices to realise cost savings through making talent and knowledge networks visible across the company. This is by building skills of all staff across Australia, India and the Netherlands to share knowledge, work out loud, tell stories and experiences, engage in and build communities of practices around Microsoft365 products and services. Support and coach the CEO and his directors to use the enterprise social network, Yammer and Communities as a way to build core values, recognise and engage employees with the company vision.
- Developed the Community Strategy as part of Employee Experience
- Deliver training and coaching to staff on Community Engagement and Building Communities of Practice using Yammer
- Design, develop and deliver public webinars, masterclasses and presentations on Building Communities in the Workplace and other hybrid work practices on LinkedIn for marketing purposes, or as part of our adoption services for clients to use in their Digital Transformation and Digital Literacy Programs.
- Interviewed clients to capture customer success stories, film and edit their stories through video and write the case studies for our website and socials.

Community Manager
Adopt & Embrace – July 2018 – July 2021
Build and manage the Adopt & Embrace Academy Community (on WordPress and MemberPress), a subscriber based community of Adoption and Change Management professionals to access content, courses, events, resources and a community to help them plan, launch and grow Microsoft365 across their company. The role also included consulting to clients on M365 adoption and change management during busy periods to support the wider team.
- Developed masterclasses in Working in a Hybrid Workplace, Hybrid Meetings, How to Build Virtual Facilitation Skills, Getting Your Office Ready for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Community Building in the Workplace
- Interviewed, filmed, edited and published video interviews of community members for Success Stories and wrote customer case studies
- Developed all the Content and Resources (courses, checklists, guidebooks, slide packs, facilitator and participant workbooks, video podcasts) for the Academy
- Co-ordinated and delivered online events for Academy community to show and share how they enabled M365 Adoption across their company as part of peer-learning events

Activate Learning Solutions – July 2014 – March 2018
Consulted and delivered programs to business and learning teams on all aspects of building digital literacy and capability across their organisation. This was conducted through business consultation, design and development of programs, training and coaching to build digital literacy skills such as using virtual technologies, community building through enterprise social networks, building personal learning strategies through social media, modern workplace collaboration behaviours, working out loud, curation, sense making and hybrid work practices.
- Developed Coca Cola’s Work, Connect and Learn Program which was awarded the 2015 Best Use of Social and Collaborative Learning by Australian Institute of Training and Development
- Developed Westpac Community Manager Program to skill selected people into the role of Community Managers across the bank
- Facilitated training of lawyers at Holding Redlich on how to build collaborative work practices and knowledge sharing using Yammer
- Consulted to the Department of Communications, National Australia Bank, Westpac to develop their Future Skills Strategy.

This was a 3-month contract role upon request by the Learning and Development team to assist them with the implementation and roll out of their social learning management system, SAP Jam.
- Developed a Content Curation Strategy, Framework, Governance, Principles and Practices for the implementation of the SAP Social Learning Management System
- Designed and delivered the Building Digital Curation Skills for Lifelong Learning Program for employees
- Provided consulting and coaching to the Learning & Development teams on social and collaborative learning practices and how to incorporate these into the design of their learning programs.

Consult and coach business units on how to use and deploy social and collaborative technologies to encourage virtual meeting and learning practices across the bank.
- Designed and developed blended learning programs on Facilitating with Virtual Classrooms; Hosting and Producing Virtual Classrooms and Building Communities of Practice Using Yammer
- Developed the Social Onboarding Program for NAB retail Store Managers through Yammer.
- Delivered weekly coaching sessions on How to Use WebEx for meetings and collaboration to upskill NAB employees on virtual meeting techniques

Developed the Coaching for Effective Workplace Performance for business experts in Mortgage Transformation to cross collaborate and coach others in their area of expertise. (This won an internal Shining Start award as recognition for the cost, vendor and resource savings that deployed internal expertise to use performance support, coaching techniques and knowledge sharing negating need for costly external training solutions).
