Andrew had a gift voucher for a bookstore and he used the funds on that to buy books for us today. He’s a Stephen King and Matthew Riley fan (and bought their latest books) but I’m all about the literary classics and I put in my order for some Russian literature. (Perfect for winter days).

We have our own separate book cases to hold our separate collections.

His are all alphabetically ordered and in pristine condition with no spines cracked. Meanwhile mine are in absolutely no order at all, spines cracked, dog eared, full of post it notes and marginalia.

When I read a book, I need to experience it. It goes through the wars with me.
