Yesterday was Library Lovers Day. Well, you may know it as Valentines Day but I prefer the library….

It’s a great day to stop by your local library, become a member and borrow a book or twenty. Or however many they allow you to borrow in the one go.

Yesterday I went to my newly renovated library and took some video of it to see how they’re celebrating the day.

People have been asking me if I’m returning to work. Truth is, I’m at odds about it. Certainly I can never see myself returning to the corporate or business world because i feel that I simply don’t resonate anymore with the culture there. If I do anything, it’ll have to be something I start on my own (which frankly, tires me out just thinking about it) or working casually such as a receptionist or taking odd jobs here and there. Nothing inspires me with excitement EXCEPT for working in a library or a book store – anything related to books actually.

In fact, they’re the only jobs Ive been submitting for and keep getting knock backs. I don’t mind. I know when the time is right, I’ll get something that will allow me to learn something new, work with a team of people with completely different ideas and work for the community.

If not, that’s okay. I’ll be fine whatever transpires.
