I’m going to go out on a limb and say that in my 25+ years of working, I’ve finally reached the conclusion that building a learning culture in organisations where there’s a free flow of knowledge, experiences and opportunities for relationship building and co-creation is impossible.
Organisational systems, traditional thinking and most of all, egos simply don’t allow this change to happen.
I see it now. I cannot unsee it anymore.
