I’ve no idea what it’s like being a man but I gave it a go a few years ago thanks to a Snapchat filter.
I had to put this photo somewhere because at times I feel my tweets seem to disappear along with all the experimentations with various tools. I think over the years, all my tweets will slowly disappear and I’d like to keep this photo hence why I’m leaving it here.
I don’t want any Internet 404 errors in the future.
It’ll be like I never existed.
But hey, I existed as a man for a little while – just so I could rock up to work meetings as another gender. ?
I look about early 30s, wear glasses (albeit a feminine style), got the 5 o’clock shadow and have the first signs of losing my hair.
I wear a black tee-shirt, super geeky (but not OTT) head phones. I could be a software engineer who’s just in the process of consulting with his client on migrating their enterprise systems to the cloud through Exchange.
It looks like my client has just said something ridiculous, so I’m ready to tell them exactly how it’s going to be, what we’re going to do and why it’s going to be my way…because that’s what some blokes do.
I also think I’m a pretty good looking bloke. Sensitive new age as you can see from the softness of the facial features.
I think I’d be someone who knows how to hold his drink (prefers beers to wine or spirits), doesn’t smoke, reads Chomsky, speaks another language (possibly Spanish fluently), heterosexual, has a long time girlfriend who is an academic- or works for the UN – and who is exceptionally smarter than him (but he doesn’t mind in fact prefers women like this), writes/dabbles with poetry but doesn’t overly advertise it (only his girlfriend knows), loves his mother (who fusses over him), has a quiet assuredness about him, one day aspires to use his work for the greater good sometime m in his life hopefully soon, definitely a Marxist.
Even I’d go for myself.
(I can’t believe that I made a judgement on my own photo – I’m demented).
