So here is a run down of what I was working on and learning in the week of 22 May.
Monday 22 May 2017
I was reading a book that was recently published by an ex-McKinsey consultant called the Mosaic Principle which talked about neogeneralism. In this video, I share a bit about what neogeneralism is and how I believe I’m one. I then ramble about philosophy simply because a whole heap of books I ordered were delivered (Celestine Prophecy, don’t laugh) and then figured if we truly want to know more about ourselves, just to read the philosophy.

In this video I share my frustration with our enterprise social networking platform Yammer and decide to get off it because of little to no engagement on it. I talk about using Yammer is really all about people knowing how to use it as well as heavily reliant on a supportive organisational culture that values peoples contributions on it.
Wednesday 24 May 2017
On Wednesday I talk about how I capture my notes whenever I read books and share some snippets on my note taking. Also I had some very positive feedback from the business about my work which is always nice to be acknowledged – especially when you think that people aren’t engaging or participating in social networks. I also test out the new Snapchat feature Create A Story.
Thursday 25 May 2017
In this video I share my love for the new Snapchat feature called Create A Story and show that this is what is needed for people to feel comfortable in sharing snaps to a select group of people which may increase their comfort level in using the platform.
