Today I organised a co-working day at Knowledge Market which is a community space situated in the Docklands in Melbourne. It was another event as part of the social networking group that I created called Third Place.

The Knowledge Market is situated adjacent to the Docklands Library and serves as a “creative hub for sharing ideas, experiences and talent that has an emphases on peer-to-peer learning and collaboration that provides an engine room for cross-industry cooperation, ideas sharing and community connectivity”. The beauty of this space is that it is open to everyone and has a diverse range of events programmed during the week and opens the space every Monday for co-working – for free.
Here’s a snap story I did on the Knowledge Market (and the story around Third Place). If you’re looking for a great space for your learning programs or events, I would recommend this space because it’s laid back, it’s informal and it also has great community management staff who are not only welcoming but also helpful to ensure that your event is successful.
