Last week I did the unthinkable (or so I thought). The idea got me thinking whether I was actually serious about the topic or whether like a true entrepreneur, I just did my own thing… Guess, I won’t be a millionaire anytime soon….

Another great and interesting post. I have to ask, how did you do the video? Looks great. Did you have someone helping you for the long shots or did you just set up your camera to shoot those?

Hello Bill. Many thanks for your comment. I was inspired by vlogger Casey Niestat to start doing mine but rather than just me staring into a camera and talking, I wanted to create short stories. I use my trusty Canon point and shoot camera and a gorilla pod. Sometimes I may use my iPhone – but it’s mainly my point and shoot. I do the edits in iMovie – although I started out with Windows Movie Maker until I moved over to the Mac recently. Everything is self taught from reading books and watching vloggers on YouTube to see what they do. Next year, I’ll be doing a short course to get some more ideas. It’s really a bit of fun for me. I’m glad you like it although I get strange stares from people as I set up the camera at all sorts of places then take footage of me walking back and forth. One day, I reckon someone’s going to steal my camera….
