Some time ago I wrote about a back yard project that we would like to do. It’s been ages in the making due to COVID and lockdowns but after a whole year of waiting, our land doing of our back garden has begun! If you want to read the story, check it out below 👇
Yesterday the skips arrived and today the bull dozers that removed the dirt and old tiles to flatten the yard.
We will lay new turf and have kept all the trees but everything else goes. We will landscape with a Mediterranean theme so I can have a container garden which I always wanted. I find containers are far easier on my back, add a level of interest, colour and the rustic feel I’m going for.
The work will take a month but already I’m excited to see how it will turn out.
