What Is Working Out Loud?

This week was Working Out Loud week again and I shared a few videos of what I have been doing (which you can see on these blog posts).

I decided to revisit a video I did over a year ago because I had explained it perfectly while I was in my car.  I thought I’d post it again because it just seemed so natural and from the heart when I reviewed it again.  Sometimes, talking into a camera (and looking at yourself with all the grey hair) makes me subconscious but I’m glad this one came out the way it did.

I shared it on LinkedIn again so I hope it was of value to people who hadn’t heard of it before.
